Susan began working at Felton, Berlin & Erdmann in 2022. She is a 35+ year veteran of the property casualty insurance industry. Having worked on both the carrier and agency side of the insurance business, it has given her a great understanding of the importance of the relationships that we maintain with our partners in order to provide unparalleled service to our clients. Susan is a licensed Massachusetts Property & Casualty insurance producer and holds an Associate in General Insurance (AINS).
