Ford Spalding has been in the insurance and benefits business for over thirty years. Ford is active in the community of Dover, MA as a former member and Chairman of the Warrant Committee (Finance), Board of Selectman, Dover Housing Partnership Committee, and Dover Sherborn Regional School Committee. He was Chair of the $40m Dover Sherborn Regional School Building Committee. He is a member of the Dover Board of Fire Engineers. He is a former Board member and Chairman of the Smaller Business Association of New England (SBANE). He serves on the Minuteman Regional High School Committee.

Lyn Hoskinson, CIC
Lyn joined Felton, Berlin & Erdmann in 1989. She has been in the insurance industry since 1973. She spent the first 12 years working for Hartford Insurance and AIG Insurance Company as a multi-line claims adjuster. Since then she has been on the agency side handling Commercial Lines Accounts until becoming the Chief of Operations of Felton, Berlin & Erdmann in 2000.
Robert H. Erdmann, ARM
Rob has spent the better part of his career in the insurance business and received his Associate in Risk Management designation in 1999. Prior to joining Felton & Berlin in 2008, he spent 13 years with Marsh USA, Inc., the last six as a Senior Vice President and Office Head of the Marsh Private Client Services Boston Office. He is an active member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, a former member of the Professional Advisors Committee for the Boston Foundation and formerly sat on the Friends Board of the Northshore Educational Consortium. He is a graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall and Colby College.
