Having worked on both the carrier and agency side of the insurance business, it has given her a great understanding of the importance of the relationships that we maintain with our partners in order to provide unparalleled service to our clients. Susan is a licensed Massachusetts Property & Casualty insurance producer and holds an Associate in General Insurance (AINS).

Chris Cronin
Chris joined the Felton, Berlin & Erdmann team in 2021 bringing over 15 years of personal insurance experience. For several years Chris worked at Safety Insurance adjusting claims and then underwriting at Vermont Mutual which gave him great perspective on the relationships we maintain with our partners. Most recently, Chris specialized in business development and managing complex personal lines accounts throughout the country. As an insurance professional Chris takes pride in getting to know his clients with an analytical approach to best protect their insurance portfolio.
Julie Neil, CPIA
Julie joined Felton, Berlin and Erdmann in 2021. Prior to joining the FBE team, she worked for HUB International for 23 years as a personal lines account manager and inside sales representative and as an account manager for the Private Client Group. Julie has over 40 years of insurance expertise. Julie holds the CPIA (Certified Personal Insurance Agent) designation and is a member of CPRIA (Certified Private Risk Management Association), which is an educational curriculum built for high net worth risk management.
Diane Sepe
Diane joined the Felton, Berlin & Erdmann team in 2020. Diane began her career working for a large property insurer and moved over to the personal lines side of the business in 2000. She has worked for several other large agencies and brings with her experience in client service for all personal lines coverages. Diane also brings her risk management approach to client’s needs and building relationships which makes her a great fit for FBE and their clients.
Kathleen Sullivan, CISR
Kathleen joined the Felton, Berlin & Erdmann team in 2018 bringing 5 years of private client experience. Kathleen began her insurance career in 2013 with Hub International as a personal insurance inside sales and private client servicing assistant. Kathleen continues to maintain her designation as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) which she achieved in 2016.
Cathy Heinz
Cathleen began working at Felton, Berlin & Erdmann in 2001. She built her career with a focus on Personal Lines Insurance gaining over 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout those years, Cathleen worked for multiple firms on the Northshore including Viator & Associates. Cathleen’s tenure and skill in the industry brings a high level of quality service to the firm and her clients.
David Doyle
Dave started his insurance career over 30 years ago as a licensed broker with Metropolitan. He continued to broaden his knowledge within the industry while working with John Hancock and John Walsh Insurance. Dave came to Felton, Berlin & Erdmann in 1989, where his lengthy experience has become a valuable asset to the firm and his clients.
